Question 1920x1080 resolution missing from nvidia control panel

Hello, I'm missing 1920x1080 resolution from my Nvidia Control Panel under "PC" section which you can see here https://prnt.sc/GfMHkvHoA0On

The reason why I can't use the one under "ULTRA HD, HD, SD" section is because it's causing fps drops, can someone help?

1st monitor is AOC 144 hz - display port
2nd monitor is 21 inch samsung led monitor - hdmi


1920x1080 resolution is missing on my second monitor and it disappeared after I factory restarted my PC.
