Solution
That's a pretty good start.

I'd prefer an i5 4690k and ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 per http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z97-motherboard,3824.html

And I'd try to get faster ram if its cheap enough eg http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=20093

And I'd get a better quality psu per http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html eg Seasonic 620, Antec HCG 620M

or Try -

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($275.00 @ PCCaseGear)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($39.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($189.00 @ CPL Online)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series...

Solution
Thanks guys, g-unit1111 yeah I have no idea on what psu I need kinda just chucked one in haha.
I7 baby, thanks for that link comparison with the motherboards.
That build looks pretty damn good, do you think its worth the extra money for the gtx 780 video card ? Or just settle with a 770 ? Will it make a world of difference ?
Thanks again guys

For the price difference between a 780 and 770 now, it's well worth spending a bit extra and getting a 780. When it comes to power supplies I would advise getting something like a good 600-750w silver or gold rater PSU. It's a bit more expensive that what you need, but if you get a good one, it'll last you a couple builds.

Any of these will be fine:

Keep in mind that there is a huge difference in price. Here in the US it's a $100 difference between GTX 760 and 770, and another $100 difference between GTX 770 and 780. And then in Australia the difference between a GTX 770 and 780 is something like $210 AUD and that can make or break a budget of $1500 or more.

I know how big the difference is between a 770 and 780, I also live in Aus. Compared to previous pricing gaps thought, it's a much more reasonable price-performance benefit compared to a couple of months ago. It is possible to wait a bit longer, however I don't see the 780 going down in price much until the 800 series comes out and that will be late this year/early next year I do believe.
