Solution D_Know_WD Aug 15, 2016 Hi there John__345, Sorry that you are facing some issues with your WD drive. 🙁 As you've just bough the drive, I believe you have no data stored on the drive right? Is this a secondary drive? I believe that the drive just has some unallocated space. You can see if this is the case if you just go to Disk Management: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=naMxw6 You can either extend the existing partition or create a new one out of the unallocated space: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=PrMoes Let me know how this goes, D_Know_WD
