"2 beep" problem - Dell studio 540s

so i re-installed windows vista with the original cd that it came from dell.
after moving the computer from my original house to my college(40 min drive), once i tried the computer at the college 2 beeps started(this was after a day I re-installed windows).
So now my dell studio 540s slim just has 2 consecutive beeps and then, 2 second of nothing, and then 2 consecutive beeps again.
The fan meanwhile is running unusually high.
no display no bios.

I already tried re-installing the RAM, but the problem is still there.
any1 knows what I can do? my warranty is expired so I cant chat with dell tech support

Try cleaning the memory contacts if you haven't already.after that,remove all modules expect for one and test
