2 beep sound

there is a 2 beep sound on my laptop dell inspiron 7110 when i am trying to on it an nothing is showing on screen

Two short beeps means either failed RAM modules or they are not seated properly (can happen if the laptop is jolted).

Try reseating the RAM modules by removing them and putting them firmly back in place.
If that makes no difference, replace the RAM modules with new ones.
