Hello, I've been using the same computer for 3 years, but recently after powering on the computer, my dell monitor displays "entering power save mode".

But I don't think USB is working correctly, the 3 lights of the keyboard are always on (num, caps, scroll) and no light is coming from the optical mouse.

There are 2 beep codes after powering on (parity circuit failure), so I replaced the RAM with new ones but to no avail. One of the old DIMMs seems to have burned out, from the outside, the other one looks fine. I tested them one by one in each slot and also both in dual channel.

Is the only thing left to do is to replace the motherboard? Anything else would be wise to change?

P.S : Components I had to replace in 3 years :
Graphics card, which had burned out
Cpu heatsink replaced by a Cpu cooler
Installed a sound card

I also tried using the onboard graphics (DVI cable plugged onto the case). My HDD had a high average temperature of 60-65°C until I cleaned the dust out inside the case.

When I still had display, one time I saw "All settings were reset to default values..." which implied I had overclocked something

@das_stig : I removed the BIOS battery the other day for 10 minutes and put it back in, this morning I pressed the clear CMOS button and also cleared correctly with the battery, after watching the MSI video on CMOS clearing. Just to make sure I cleared the settings correctly.

@oostriker : I don't know what you're talking about. RAM, PSU cable, monitor cable, or monitor surge.. ?
