2 cores dropped frequency after bios tinker.

After overclocking my x4 860k out of boredom to 4ghz on stock voltage. I noticed the clock speed would go down to 3.5 ghz every now and then so I disabled c6 to see if that would help. Nope just decreased clock speeds worse to 1.7ghz so I turned it back on which cause two of my cores to stay at 4 but the other 2 cores to drop to 1.7 always so I reset to bios defaults but still it stays the same sadly even on high performance and checked for parked cores nothing. All cores are recieving 1.337 volts too.

Okay I have fixed my problem by doing absolutely nothing and just restarting another time!!! God I hate my cpu.

If your cpu offends you, replace it.
It is all but obsolete.
