New help building 2 PCs if possible.

My grandfather wants a PC around $400-600, nothing to extreme, he just wants to be able to play some online games, like World of Tanks etc, he wants 2 TB of space. He does't need much, he spends most of his time on Pogo playing those games.

As for the other PC, i'm still using GTX260, like what, 5 generations old? Anyways, i'm looking to build a new PC, also nothing to extreme, around $600-800ish. I mostly play FFXIV and my FPS is around 30 in uncrowded areas and goes down when more people are around, in crowded areas, i'm at a constant 10 minus FPS which is bad for raiding or in general. Guess i should add, i wouldn't mind having an SSD an 1 TB of space. I don't know much about OCing so i'll stay away from that.

Build for you, Although you might want to go with an i5 and drop the GPU down to a r9 280x if MMOs is waht you mainly play. (I'll post both)
