Using two fans for CPU cooler, but only one CPU_FAN connection. Workaround possible?

So, I just upgraded my build and noticed when setting it up that there's only one connection for CPU fans, when I run two with my cooler (Noctua NH-D15). I figured that my cooler is still effective as long as least one fan is bound to CPU temp and responds accordingly, so I just connected the 2nd one to the AIO_PUMP connection. However, having never used an AIO solution before, I didn't realize that the pump fan is supposed to basically run at 100% all the time. So now I have one CPU fan being unnecessarily loud, which kinda bothers me. Is there any convenient way that I can control this, maybe by using software to setup a custom temp curve or something? My motherboard is Asus PRIME Z490-P, for what it's worth.

I think spliter for fans come with cooler in package
