I installed few GPUs on my MOBO and everything worked fine until recently when after rebooting PC, win 10 64-bit only recognises 4 out of 6 GPUs, even GPU-Z and MSI afterburner only finds 4 of them

Specs:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H110-D3A
RAM: 4 GB (I think Patriot)
CPU: Intel Celeron G3930 @ 2.90 GHz (2 CPUs)
GPU: 6x AMD SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 570 4 GB (only 4 are recognised)
PSU: Corsair HX1200i (80+ Platinum)

I have tried changing risers, but still no change

Solution
You're probably exceeding power limits. Each 580 takes about 220w on full load and your PSU efficiency drops the more power draw is required. It should drop to 80% full efficiency which is around 960W. So:
(6 x 220w) + 50w [single CPU TDP] = 1370w.

You need a 1600w PSU, or 2x 1200w PSU's

The other exactly the same build works still fine, and the gpus can be undervolted just fine and I am not talking about 580s but 570s (which requires 50W less)
I calculated at 200 Max 6 * 200 = 1200, but on other forums it was said that max W is around 165 W per gpu
and working build says "Total power consumption 610 Watts" for 6 GPUs
so I do believe that htere is no issue with PSU, as I tested with 1600 W psu as well
