Do you have 2 GPU's now?

Adding a 2nd GPU may or may not help your FPS. This FPS drop could be CPU related also.

If you have crossfire already you dont need to hook 1 monitor to each card. Keep it setup where you have both monitors on the first GPU.

Check your usage details and see if your GPU or CPU is getting taxed when watching videos and playing games.

I currently play CSGO and watch streaming Twitch on my 2nd monitor. I dont have any FPS problems in game. I run dual 6950's (2gb each)

No I dont have 2 GPU'S now, I am going to install the second GPU if its going to help with my problem (or just try it)
My second GPU is an old one so I cant crossfire them, thats why I was wondering how can I use my second graphics card for the second monitor.
