Question 2 Paired Anker Soundcore Motion+ bluetooth speakers latency

I have 2 paired Soundcore Motion+ with eachother and my desktop PC. I use them with a bluetooth usb bungle. But there is a 1 second latency problem. For example, when I press play button on youtube, music starts to play after 1 second. This also happens on movies and games too. When I use with only 1 speaker latency decreases but it is still there. I have used same 2 paired speakers on my phone and it was perfectly synchronized. There is problem only on my desktop PC.
Is it about the usb bungle or what?

My guess would be what codec the Bluetooth adapter supports and if any are low latency.
