Question 2 pc 2 poeple gaming/streaming setup

Hello,

We already have one pretty decent pc (1080, 6700k, 32gb ddr4 ram, ssd). we would like to build a second one so we can play/stream together. the new pc should be able to get 60fps in 4k in recent games. i dont think streaming in 4k is a good idea right?
im new to streaming so: how should i set this up? is it possible/wise to stream from 2 pcs without using a third? I guess for the times only one pc is streaming we would use the lesser machine to handle the streaming. or would it be easyer to use some external (elgato?) solution?

so you mean you guys play online together and just one guy stream?
Budget and country?
4k streaming is too demanding and I am not sure if your internet upload speed can handle.

the plan is to be able to play AND stream together. streaming will be done in 1080p i think but we already have a 4k monitor (dont ask why) and the gtx1080 is at its limit with 4k so the new machine should be able to handle 4k. budget is not really set. lets put it this way: i am willing to pay for performance but not for fancy * or a 40% premium for 5% more power.
