Why do I have 2 program files?

I cant delete neither, and theyre both the same size..

You don't want to delete any of these folders. And to repeat the old saying, "If it aint broke, don't fix it"

well, the X86 is default location of any 32bit programs
NO idea why you have two of the other Program Files folders but as above said, don't mess with things that work

you could run disk cleanup and set it to clean system files, it might clean that up.

I wonder if one is a junction. Open command prompt and type the following:
dir c:\ /a
Take a screen shot of that. Post the screen shot on imgur.com and provide a link to it here.

Yeah, it could be a symbolic link, strange place to find one
