Question 2 Sets of: 2x8 (16) 3200mhz Corsair LPX not booting at 3200mhz

I am trying to run my memory at 3200mhz, but when using xmp or non xmp it wont boot at 3200mhz, only at 2133.
My motherboard is a MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X, i installed a new cmos battery, the pc boots fine with no memory oc, etc.

I know there can be some problems as i am using two 16gb kits but its should run fine as they are the exact same ram, so i am very confused.

what can i do to fix this?

Doesn't matter if they are the same , sets can be incompatible even if identical.

Did you check your memory support list and see if those modules will be accepted as 4X? There is a difference in what will work under Skylake and Kabylake.

cmk16gx4m2b3200c16 was on there and it said 4 dim should be ok
