[SOLVED] 200 FPS feels laggy

Hey so i have a 165 hertz 2ms monitor and a asus rtx 2060 super with i7 9th gen 16gb ram 500gb ssd and a prime b375b motherboard. I got this pc like 2 months ago everything was fine i usually play valorant and csgo. i limit my fps to 200 usually. and recently i got stuttering for some reason i dont even know and then 200 felt choppy so laggy like im playing on 30 fps. Like when im playing valorant and im on 200fps stable i switch to vsync on and it feels SO MUCH smoother. i dont wanna turn v sync on since these games are fps games and vsync gives inputlag. So does any of you have solutions is it the windows? (i ve tried reinstalling windows btw) is it the monitor? is it the gpu? even if you dont have the exact answer i would be happy if u told me what component is the issue thanks

frametimes are the amount of time it takes to deliver a frame to your monitor. Its basically sorta like latency, to some extent.

Drivers outdated, multiple gpus (although you don't have that) and vsync off
