I’m planning on building a gaming pc that could also be capable of doing some editing and stuff. I have a 2000$ budget for the tower, monitor, keyboard, headsets, etc. What components should I get?
Black/White Theme Build with RGB K/M. Includes everything for gaming/editing & your OS license. The stock AMD Wraith cooler is more then enough to keep the CPU cool. I went with a 34" 21:9 monitor as plenty of newer games support that aspect as well as it will give you plenty of room for editing/multitasking.
The monitor is a matter of personal preference. 24 inches is a bit small for a 1440p panel, but note that it comes with G-Sync at can run at 165hz. Alternatively, for around $70 more, you can get a 144hz 27 inch panel, which might give you a slightly better gaming experience. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/4yGj4D/dell-s2716dgr-270-2560x1440-144hz-monitor-s2716dgr Do note that if you want to have the highest FPS possible (for CS:GO or something), then you'd have better luck with a 144hz 1080p setup.
If you want me to, I can also assemble a build based around being able to stream/record/render very strongly as well. I would STRONGLY advise investing in your build first and your peripherals later.
