Hi,

I've recently built a new pc but have had several issues building it this time round.

Initially, I had issues with my cpu that caused my pc to freeze when updating or restarting from bios updates and windows update. I have sorted out that problem by replacing the cpu.

However, I have another issue with the GPU not being able to display or be recognised by the motherboard (mb displaying white light). The GPU lights up but the fans don't spin. I have tested with my old Nvidia 3060 to see if it was a mb or PCI-slot issue but it booted and worked completely fine.

I've tried reseating the gpu several times. I've tested with the 12v-2x6 pin cable as well as the 3 pin adapter cable. Also, I've swapped out to another 5080 to see if it was a gpu hardware issue but I still have the same problem.

Could the PSU be the issue? As this is the only thing I have not changed.
