hello there again, few days ago i made a post about alienware but i found that alienware do not provieds finance option so i give up from alienware (maybe better) - so got a pc world in ireland where i found few good pc
s, i got my dream spec but ofc i got still some questions, since you are so helpful then i will ask again :
more likely i am going for http://www.pcworld.ie/Product/hp-envy-phoenix-860078na-gaming-pc/329319/397.0.2
but i am gonna do few changes, first of all i wanna give up SSD and upg a CPU from 6700 for 6700K and i think that gonna be a good and nice pc gaming for few years :
Processor :
Intel® Core™ i7-6700K Processor
-Quad-core
-4 GHz / 4.2 GHz with Turbo Boost
-8 MB cache
Memory (RAM):
-16 GB DDR4 (32 GB maximum installable RAM)
Graphics card :
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti (6 GB GDDR5)
Storage:
-2 TB, 7200 rpm
Motherboard :
-Intel® Z170
BUT....i still got some doubts so...
1. is there a big difference between 6700 and 6700k? or maybe i should go for i7-4790K? which one is best for gaming like nr.1/2/3, benchmarks says that they are almost similar...but what about clock speed? 3.4 vs 4.0? i dont know...help me with that please
2. graphic card, got also doubts between GTX 970 or pay extra money and GTX 980 TI (but i heard that GTI 980 TI are overheating much...is that right?
3. and 3rd is case and brand :
a) ACER PREDATOR http://www.pcworld.ie/Product/acer-predator-g6710-gaming-pc/329296/397.0.2
b) MSI NIGHTBLADE http://www.pcworld.ie/Product/msi-nightblade-b85c051uk-mini-gaming-pc/327334/397.0.2
c) HP ENVY PHOENIX http://www.pcworld.ie/Product/hp-envy-phoenix-860077na-gaming-pc/329322/397.0.2
4. and what about that SSD, is that really MUST or i can easy play and enjoying games without SSD?
what would u choose? or stick with the one i made it without SSD and 6700K and i think i will go for HP ENVY chase because looks nice
thx for help again
