I'm building a computer for a friend, and he wants to spend no more than 2000$. This is what I came up with. What should I switch out or replace? Thank you for all your help.

EDIT: Sorry this is just going to be used for playing games and will probably be moderatly OCed. He wants to play at almost max settings.
