Can anybody suggest to me what parts to get to build a pc for a $2000 budget? I don't need monitors, windows, keyboard or a mouse included in this since I have those taken care of. I mainly just want to use this for after effects and blender. I don't game too much either. And I live in the USA if that helps.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I can't recommend a gpu & psu without knowing your resolution but I can get you this far.

I have a budget of around 2k. Just for the tower itself. I plan to use it for after effects, and maybe some 3d work with cinema 4d or blender.

Does this look fine or is there anything I should change?

That B660 board may not have the proper BIOS to boot with a 13700k.

You apparently need the F20 BIOS.

The list above says the BIOS on that board can be updated without a CPU, but it is something you have to be willing to deal with.
