2000VA UPS Compatibility

I need a help.... I'm going to buy Powerguard 2000VA UPS for my Computer.. But someone said my main line socket can't give the power for 2000VA UPS. Is this ture ???? My port is not a ground socket....And here is my socket picture....

I am not an electrical engineer, nor do I know anything about your socket.
My best calculation shows that UPS drawing about 16.7 Amps. Most house circuits are 15A - 20A.
As long as that circuit has a 20A circuit breaker and nothing else is on the line you should be Okay.

However putting 17A on a 20A circuit that you don't know what else is on it and it may be a 15A circuit sounds like cutting it too close dangerous.
Best case: You will flip the circuit breaker constantly. Worst case: You will burn the house down.

You need to tell us what voltage is provided by the socket (100, 115, 240 volts) and the breaker power (usually 10, 15 or 20A).
