2003 Cluster with 2000 Advanced Server node

Is this possible?
Current setup:
1 NT4 PDC

We would like to install a new NT4 server and demote the current PDC and promote the new server to PDC. Then once users,GPO's,etc migrate we would upgrade the new PDC to 2003 Enterprise.

At that point we would like to wipe the BDC and install 2000 Advanced Server onto it and create a cluster with the 2003 Server and 2000 Server.

Can this be done? I know that 2003 Clustering adds some new features and I haven't been able to find any documentation stating one way or the other if this is possible.

I am not sure if I understood your question right but I will try to answer
it in bits an pieces.

Available Features in 2003 Clustering:

Mixed mode clusters are not recommended, as seen in section "Phase2", in the
following link

So a short answer to the mixed-mode part of your question is, Yes( with a
word of caution).
