I can see California Dem who have found themselves in problem districts doing that.

Either were too stupid to understand, or the Dems are the dims
"Democrats aren’t running on the administration’s accomplishments like health-care and financial-regulatory overhaul and the stimulus because “it’s just too hard to explain,” Biden said. “It sort of a branding, I mean you know they kind of want the branding more at the front end.”

So, we take on the largest tax in history, but dont ask, cause they aint a tellin, and you wouldnt get it anyways

If the men who stormed the beaches at Normandy weren't fighting for what you stand for, then you have no business running for office.

Wave a communist manifesto or bible and I'll likely turn in fear. Wave Atlas Shrugged and you'll at least have my attention, if not my vote.

Nothing too surprising there. Well I voted per my absentee ballot yesterday. It took about an hour to research the various canditates on google before marking a box. In the local and state elections, I didn't have to do a lot of research of the men and women on the ballot running for office. The description under their name was more than enough inormation. I voted mostly for 'caregivers'. I figure they'd do good running city hall with the that prior valuable political background. Also people who have no real prior political background runing for important offices affecting millions of people are interesting. I figure having a lot of money makes up for the fact they are nimrods who can't manage their bank account much less a governing body. So, I voted for a lot of nimrods.

I would prefer to vote for someone who is NOT a career politician, i.e. a parasite. If the person has no real-world experience, with bottom line responsibility, he won't be worth a damn in elected office.

Some of the guys know I lived with a stripper for a while back in the day. I was injured many a night picking her up after work in one way or another. [:badge] Hell, I was injured a lot of nights taking her to work. I was always injured back then when I think about it. Oh my back... :sol:

Hmm, once on a college roadtrip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, a couple friends and myself went to a strip club and found this absolutely beautiful and totally nude waitress at our table. After some initial difficulties in trying to get our beer order, or any other intelligible syllables for that matter, out of our mouths 😛, we eventually got into a conversation with her (slow night) and after 10 minutes or so, managed to ignore the fact she was naked. Her story was that she was a college student doing this gig in order to finance her studies, and she seemed sincere about it. Anyway we left her a good tip (good for college students that is 😛) when we left.

And no it wasn't Nancy Pelosi in her younger days either 😀..

Well that's enough stripper talk, since I imagine Dipanker is about to drop another pearl of opinion or two here 😛..

Well OK just one more stripper story, and then I'm done 😀.

My company used to be headquartered near Crystal City in Arlington, VA. There was a rather convenient strip club (Crystal City Restaurant) located just a few blocks away, so once or twice a year a bunch of us would go there ostensibly for lunch, armed with one dollar and five dollar bills to tuck into G-strings. One time for a joke we dragged the "super-nerd" guy along with us as a joke. You know the kind - stained armpits on his shirts, thick glasses, nose buried in textbooks, never spoke to a woman in his entire life, etc. True to form, he sat at the table reading some semiconductor magazine while the lovely ladies paraded their pasties on the stage a couple feet away. So we all had a good laugh or two and then walked back to the slave pits for an afternoon of drudgery.

Imagine our surprise when we returned some 6 months later, to find out Mr. Super-nerd had not only started going there every day for lunch, but had talked the owner into giving him his own private table complete with a phone jack for his laptop modem (this was before wifi), so that he could post pix, reviews, etc on the Internet or AOL maybe. Previously he would print out stuff and then tack it to a tree outside the front door, but the owner decided that was too nerdy. However he knew all the strippers by name and of course they would come over to our table and sit in our laps after he introduced them 😛.
