2080 SLI ONLY Call of Duty Game Problem!

Hey guys i have problem with my GPU's i think, not sure. So i recently build a new computer I7 8700 k oc to 5gz motherboard Gigabyte z370 32 ram and of course 2x 2080 in sli. every game is fine temp on cpu mid game is 45C so its nice on gpu im getting up to 75c. But when recently played new COD game im getting 180 fps on not full settings 1920x1080 but getting weird lag spikes and like last game after i walked in to landmine my resolution on main monitor (second wos fine) just changed game minimized and had to restart computer. not sure why same as im playing blockout im getting lag spikes even if i lower everything to lowest settings. any idea why that could be happening?

Driver issue for sure. I hate to say it's likely a wait and see thing. I have to ask... Why two 2080's in sli @1080p?

What performance are you seeing using one card?
