Ever since I moved my PC to a new case my 2080 Supers Clocks spike to 1650-2000 with barely any GPU usage. Whenever I launch any game that uses the GPU the core clock spikes to the maximum and causes unnecessary temperatures. Does anyone have a solution? Games I've tested so far are Overwatch, Destiny 2, and GTA 5. Note that all of the video settings on each game is NOT set to the max. This issue didn't arise until I got the new case and mobo.
( I bought an MSI MPG Z390 Gaming PLUS MOBO to better suit my CPU. Is this the issue?)
(Temperatures are now reaching 60c or higher. I realize this is fine, but before I moved cases the temps never went above 50c.)
In task manager the GPU is only using between 10-20%. The clocks spike up and increase the temperature for no apparent reason
