[SOLVED] 2080 super low usage in some games.

hey guys. well I have noticed that in some games, I have low use of gpu like 50-70%. and in others like the red dead redeption 2 like 88-96%. it is normal? Or it's just bad game optimization. or bottleneck ?
the temperature cpu it is in 54-67° and gpu 55-66°

I have asus rtx 2080 super
ryzen 7 3700x
mobo asus tuf x570 plus wifi
deepcool 250mm aio refigeration
xpg 16 gb 3000mhz in single chanel.
psu: 750 gold certificated deepcool.
all drivers and bios are updated.

Edit: all games im playing run just fine over 60fps max setting. ( gtav, wow, overwatch, assasing creed origns, the outer world etc) its just the usage % it disturbs me.

It is normal. Some games you play does not use your GPU fully, because they were probably made years ago, taking slower GPUs in mind.

What is your monitor? If it is not 4K, I would say it might be better if you spent the money for something else.

You should buy a QHD 27" Freesync or G-Sync monitor 144Hz, it is the sweet spot. And then you will understand what a monster you have.
