[SOLVED] 2080 ti wont turn on

I was playing valorant and my 2080 to turned off and won't turn back on. It wasn't struggling or even hot while playing

Don't blame the card yet, it may be the power supply, or RAM, or even the motherboard...

Well everything else was still on I was able to talk with me my buddies and everything just the card was off

So there was no image on the monitor.
Was the monitor led light still "active" or it went standby?
Did you try using the CPU graphics? (you did not list any other system info so I can't tell if you even have it)
What does happen when you turn your computer on?

I have a i5-8400, 16gb of ddr4 at 3000mhz, RTX 2080 ti fe, msi H370, evga 750 gold. I was in the pick operator phase of valorant I heard the windows noise when your gpu disconnects for like driver installs and then it made the noise of reconnecting then disconnecting and I had no picture on both monitors since the first disconnect noise

I have tried the other pcie slot and a different plug in on my power supply neither worked the rest of the computer turns on and the gpu stays off

The EVGA is the 210 GQ

My cpu doesn't have graphics built in but I can hear windows if I boot it up then type in my pin after a couple mins

No it doesn't display anything when HDMI is plugged into the motherboard and hasn't since I got it

You should RMA your GPU and get an replacement!

Have you ever downloaded and updated the mobo drivers since you got it?
You've either got a bent pin or a funky mobo.

I would remove 2080, reset CMOS, plug your monitor to the onboard graphics port, and try booting.
