Question 2080ti underperform

Hello

I had a little gaming break and started playing again a few days ago.
But something felt wrong, had low FPS at Cyberpunk, so I did a Benkmarktest in 3DMark.
My Felling was right, something is wrong!

Here my Specs:
12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700K
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
G.SKilll Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 32GB
Samsung SSD 980 PRO 2TB

I built my PC in May 22 I guess, but took the 2080TI from my old PC!

Here the recent Results (Graficscore 11 835):

Old Result, Same Hardware allmost same Settings (Graficscore 16 068):

I scored 16 194 in Time Spy

Can anyone help me here, driver allready reinstalled, but same problem

VBS/HVCI turned on vs off is most likely it (guessing a windows update turned it on)

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age(if it's been in service for a while).

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Did you run DDU to remove all GPU drivers from your platform? Manually installing the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?
