21-24" IPS 1080p Monitor for PC Build

-Building for a friend who will be using a monitor to casually game on.
-Wants an IPS monitor for the richer colour depth- not interested in response times so no need for a TN panel.
-Thin bezels if possible.
-21- 24" in size and 1080p res.
-Looking for panels around the price of £100 GBP.
-Any recommendations? Not been in the monitor market for a while now and need some help with this one. Thanks.

I've been looking at this myself recently, with similar specs and price range. If anybody can find better than these:
