I purchased an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU with a ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING MB and 16 GB of 3200 MHz Hyper X Fury RAM. I've just found out that although the MB supports 3200 MHz RAM, only OC, so the RAM shows up as the non-OC maximum of 2400 MHz.

What should I do to get 3200 MHz which is optimal for my CPU? Is there any other way than overclocking it or if I overclock the RAM it will work just fine as I would use it at its normal maximum frequency?
Thank you!
