What are you using to test for stability?

I know you tried already but I must ask:
did you manually set your timing to: 11-13-13-31
if so - was your voltage set on auto, or did you manually set it to 1.65?

I wouldnt go as far as saying its set "waayy to high" given that his stock voltage is 1.65 : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226425&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I would recommend forgetting about xmp and just mannually entering the timings and voltage.

this worked for me with my dominator platinum

It's ok, I understand that people often say that without doing it. Yes, I manually set the DRAM voltage, timings and frequency.

Edit: I can't even post at 2400 Mhz. Memtest86+ was used for 2200 Mhz as well as Heaven and IntelBurnTest.

hmmm....and have had an unsuccessful boot? meaning you had to reset the cmos?
I hope the issue isnt anything to do with your processor's memory controller.

try setting the voltage to auto....

My motherboard reset itself and then told me that it failed to boot, so more or less. Auto voltage does not work with timings set manually or automatic.
