Get the 4770k. It may not be an improvement in games by too much but definitly in CPU intensive games like Skyrim and Crysis. It will also do better in multithreaded programs than the 4670k.

That video card is basically just all hype. The 290x is better than the 290 and the 780 ti is better than both. Get either a non reference 290x or a 780 or 780ti.

Your spending too much on cooling and fans. Try and skimp out on those so you can upgrade another part like the video card.

This is a high end build but your ram speed is entry level. Look at BF4. Soon more games will use high speed ram to an advantage so try and go above 1866mhz.
Other than that it looks like a really solid build.

I chose 1866mhz memory, but I don't know why they didn't show up. As for the I7 I'll get that then and the 290x and 780ti are out of my budget.
As for the watercooling, I live in Las Vegas Were ambient temps are around 40C and I would prefer the looks
