Question 240hz monitor has a white line on the screen, but it's only there when it runs 240hz.

Hi everyone,

I bought a Zowie 240hz monitor 2 years ago. Everything worked fine until recently. Out of nowhere, it got a white line on top of the screen which only goes away when I lower the refresh rate.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Things I've tried:

- Changing the cable
- Switching the port on the GPU
- Updating graphics drivers

Hey there,

If only happnieng when running 240hz, then I'd say that's the monitor. If it's new, RMA it.
