I am looking to upgrade my graphics in a Dell Optiplex 990 SFF.
I was looking at a GTX 750 ti 4gb, either =>

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-NVIDIA-WindForce2-Graphics-Card/dp/B015CM1YVE

or

https://www.amazon.co.uk/1202Mhz-5400Mhz-128-Bit-Dl-Dvi-I-Graphics/dp/B00T4RJ8FI

My problem is I only have a 240W power supply with an i5 2400, one hard drive and 8gb of ram.

Would i be able to scrape by with a 240W power supply until I can afford one or wait and invest in a bigger one?

Suggestions for a better option of a graphics card is also welcome.

thanks.

It is more for a casual gaming. The one I linked, comes with low profile bracket which is useful. Pay attention when you buy, that the card comes with one.
Though some people say that it didn't work for them with 240w PSU, but worked with 265w PSU.
IF you can wait a few of weeks, AMD releasing the polaris cards and some of them will be in...

IF you can wait a few of weeks, AMD releasing the polaris cards and some of them will be in that price range. Worth to see if there will be LP card since the will perform way better.
