I'm having issues with my RAM. I have 24gb's of DDR4 Ram installed on my PC and it's only showing 11.9 as usable. I've checked the compatibility with my M/B, OS and everything is good. I've looked for workarounds but I can't find anything that will help solve my problem. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

MB: AS ROCK X370 Killer SLI
CPU: Ryzen 1700
GPU: Powercolor RX480
OS :WINDOWS 10 64 Bit
RAM: 2 4gb sticks of GEIL and 2 8gb Corsair

Solution
2 4gb sticks of GEIL and 2 8gb Corsair

Such combinations are not guaranteed to work as they have never been tested together. Mixing multiple kits is not recommended as the memory may be unable to operate at rated specifications or the PC may not boot.

Workarounds to get multiple kits of memory to work include:
Lower memory clock speed
Relax Timings
Increase DRAM voltage
Lower CPU multiplier

I tried in it pairs when I put it in A1 , A2 i get 16 gb usable but if i put it in A2 B2 i get 7.9 gb usable, so basically my 3rd and 4th slot doesn't let me get the amount i should be getting, it says hardware reserved.

How would I change my timings and when i try running xmp pc doesnt post.

Just reinsert your CMOS battery, that will reset your timings.
