25 1440P or 29 1080P

I can't decide to go with the ASUS PB258Q or LG 29UM67 I play the latest titles I have a GTX 970 I want ultra crisp so I was going towards the ASUS, plus I have an nvidia card cant utilize freesync. So not sure if 25 inches is to small for a 1440P.

Neither, 1440p at 25" is not worth it and 1080p at 29 inches looks rather bad, not to mention you have a good gpu for 1440p.

I run 1440p on 25" and I think it's a great combination.

I wouldn't take either, if your PC is up to it I'd go 27" @ 1440p

Yeah, at least 27" for 1440p, I feel like. While I've personally seen that 25" 1440p looks better than 24" 1080p, I would still not justify spending money on itt.
