Need to build my parents a decent running cheap comp

Budget range: $200-$250 Lower is obviously better

Use: Web Browsing/ Flash games / Quick books and inventory program

Dont need: OS, Monitor, Keyboard, mouse, Psu

Would like to be in a micro atx case.

I understand this is kind of a challenge. I need a processor with decent integrated graphics. And at least 2 cores. Please give me a hand with this any build suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is the g2020 performance pretty good?

Is there a benefit from 1x8g or 2x4g ram?

Even though that is a micro atx case would it still house a coolermaster psu?

The case supports atx psus : Support standard ATX (PS2 form factor) power supply
You won't notice the difference in such system with single or dual channel ram.
The pentium G2020 is a decent cpu from the ivybridge architecture.

There's no benchmarks that proves that the intel pentium is faster, but it's a good one for such tasks, you can compare it to the pentium G850, it will give similar results to the pentium G2020 : http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/403?vs=404
The amd cpu is decent, you can't* go wrong with neither of those two.
