250 dollar pc build help

No. The OS for a PC costs $100 on it's own.

I think u simply wont because mb, ram, hdd, optic drive, case,psu PLUS a low end cpu would already be de 250

just over 250 without OS. Should run Skyrim at low/medium pretty well. Don't know about Gmod.

You do realize steamOS is linux and doesn't run most windows games like skyrim and gmod, etc.

I checked the steamos compatible games and didn't see them.
