2500k help p8z77 mobo

Hello friends I have a
p8z77 v lk mobo..
16gb ram 1333mhz,
500 evga white 80+ psu
Gtx 960

Trying to oc.. right now I'm at 4.5ghz settings are 100, 45, and I've tried both offset at 0.100 and fixed 1.37. First off is 1.3 voltage too high for 24/7 use?

When I run prime 95 sometimes my computer freezes and or sometimes worker 2 stops working.

What settings should I use if anybody has better idea for my mobo since there are a great deal of settings that I don't fully understand.

My temps are always below 60c on full load. I' would like a stable 4.5ghz ideally but even anything 4.0 and above would be nice for 24/7 use.

1.3v should be okay. I would suggest just dropping to 4.4 and it should stop worker 2 from failing in prime and you'll never notice the difference

does anybody have any other setting suggestions? I'm not using a stock cooler so my temps are low so shouldn't I be able to achieve at least 4.5 stable ?
