I'm running HWMonitor and it show CPUTIN temps of 80C. What is this, should I be worried??
HWmon does not always identify sensors right(or more to the point, MB makers dont all use the same inputs even if they use the same sensors).
If this CPUTIN stays at 80 all the time, it is not accurate at all. A cpu temperature should vary with load.
My CPUTIN(H55N USB3) sometimes shows 89c, but it is just a bug(my current board is show 124c).
If you have no plans to overclock, and you want some lower temps, it may be worth looking into undervolting the cpu. This can lead to less power use and lower temperatures. Just take it down a bit and test. Every cpu is different, so not all undervolt the same.
AUXTIN1 is my MB cpu temp
2600k @ 4.4 with CNPS 10X Flex and nf-p12 fan. 2 120mm fans(NF-S12B FLX). I am almost going on the bigger cooler + low fan speed almost offsets your smaller cooler and lower clocks. I think you may be considered running hot, but not to the point of cpu damage(depending on the thermal paste you used, you may be able to get 1-2c better results with that, or a CoolerMaster 212+ would work some wonders if you are worried).
