256, 512, or 1gb -- non-gaming

First, thanks in advance for any help. I've spent the better part of Christmas day looking for posts that contain advice for a situation similar to mine, but no luck...

I'm a web developer and I'm in photoshop cs4, dreamweaver, and Visual Studio all day. I'm looking for a video card that will drive 2 1680x1050 displays (no gaming requirements at all), and I'm wondering how much vram I need on a card... is 256mb enough? I don't want to pay for overkill but I would like to be able to upgrade my displays to 23' or 24" 1920x1200 or higher in a couple of months.

Considering the products below. Remember, I have no interest in gaming or even HTPC for that matter... the price of each of the items below is close enough to not be much of a consideration.

For dual monitors any of those cards will do the job. If you want to go into 3+ monitors in the future, get a Radeon HD 5450, though be aware one of the monitors will need a Displayport input.
