2560x1440p under £250

Hello i am getting a new monitor and i have about £250 (but i can go a few pounds over...) it will mostly be used for gaming and so far i have found these but i dont know which one to get so i was hoping someone could tell me the best one and add any suggestions for different ones as well:

BenQ GW2765 might be good option too.

I have had bad experiences with BenQ panels having images burn into them. I no longer recommend that brand
