256bit 7600GT

On Aeolus' website they have a 256bit 7600GT (aptly named Aeolus 7600GT-DVD256)

I thought there were only 128bit cards around ?

That's 256 megs of ram, not a 256-bit interface.

7600 GTs are all 128-bit.
Any site that says otherwise is making a mistake...

No it's not it says "Chip Technology 256-bit" 😛

I don't think it's a mistake, just a confusion of two different properties of the card. I think that both 7600 and 7900 GPUs are 256-bit processors but with different memory interfaces. The 7600 has a 128-bit memory interface, while the 7900 has a 256-bit memory interface.

so who other than me would consider that a mistake?... im pretty sure every1 including u, since u said confusion and mistakenly wrote the wrong interface
