256bits 4GB DDR5 gpu with core 2 quad.Will it bottleneck?

I saw a graphics card on a shop whose specs are 4GB 256bits and DDR5 i didn't remember the exect model of gpu i think it's gtx 750 or something like that.
My pc specs are
CPU:Amd Athlon x4 635(equal to intel core 2 quad q9550)
RAM:16GB DDR3
PSU:450W
MOTHERBOARD : FOXCONN 2A92 AM3 SOCKET
I wanna to ask that if my pc starts bottleneck with this GPU.

Depends on the game and resolution, but yes it will. It's getting to the time to save up and start again, a better CPU would massive constrain that card, and that card is massively constrained by your CPU.
