27 inch 1080p 144hz monitor on a low budget

Iv'e been looking for a good monitor for gaming on a low budget. I have a Gtx 1080ti and a Intel core i7-8700k which is where all my money went. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

I doubt that you'd find anything cheaper than this, unless you lower your requirements, e.g 24" instead 27".
