I've noticed that while the tv is on, on my router the "DS" light starts to blink slowly, and when i run speedtest it goes from 200mbps to like 5mbps, and when i turn off the tv in the middle of testing it goes back to full speed. I've tried some things, some of them worked and i have a temporary solution, but i wanna know how to completely fix it.
First off, my router and tv were in the same plug (dual plug on the wall) and once i removed the TV from that plug, for a while it seemed like it was fixed. But, tomorrow morning, I turn on the TV again, and the same problem occurs, now here's the thing:
My tv and router are on the same tempered glass table, the router is a little lower than the TV, so im thinking could this be some sort of interference, electromagnetic interference or what? I don't really know... BUT, i grabbed the TV and placed in on the floor and to my surprise the internet worked as before...And then i placed the tv again back on the table where the router is, and its still working...Does this have something to do with electromagnetism, static electricity or what...? Now the tv itself is cheap and is about 4 years old, so maybe its the tv's fault? I dont know, but I'm really interested to know what could be causing this issue...Cause frankly i dont wanna grab my TV and place it on the floor and back, every day or whatever...
Thank you
