Question 2700 with snowman cooler or 2700x with wraith prism?

I'm thinking of buying a 2700 or a 2700x. I can get the 2700 for 28 euros cheaper than the 2700x. I could buy the snowman cooler from aliexpress for around 15 euros.

So should i buy 2700 and snowman, while saving 13 euros or buy the 2700x and use the stock prism cooler?

That seems to say yes with much better temps on Stress tests.
