28" JVC Tv Not Working

My 28 inch JVC TV was working fine this morning then i went downstairs to do something and when i came back it had gone off by itself like it always does when i leave it too long. So i pressed the power button and the blue light came on but no picture and then the built in DVD player started making weird noises after reading a few threads on this i cant seem to find anyone with the same problem as me most people have a blue blinking light mine isn't blinking if anyone can help i would really appreciate it thanks

Buy a New Monitor from your local Shop
