290 graphics card shows in device manager but no output?

290 stopped out putting signal to monitor. I tried another card and it booted up fine. I then put the R9 290 back in and when I boot up and installed drivers and it booted and shows in device manager. Still does not output to monitor. No settings available in catalyst. Is there a way for me to run a render test on this non primary card?

What are you using when you see it in device manager?

Most likely you have a failed card then, nothing you can do with it if not displaying. Can you try it in a different computer to confirm no function?
